First , we will do all we can to minimize damage , the goods will be carefully packed .
Second, due to there are many unexpected possibility , we request all customers to take photos at the first time
when the container is opened at the port as proof . we will investigate and repay to our client if it is our fault .
sometime the buyer’s worker break products due to improper uploading or unpacking,
and improper lifting will result in the crates fall off from the upper layer although we brace and reinforce all the crates in the containers ,
in this case we will not agree with the claims .
3rd , We can buy for our clients the ocean insurance for CIF terms .The customers can get claims from the insurance company .
